It no longer captures video. When using Zoom or other solutions the video is captured for about 1-second then freezes. I have updated my camera drivers reverted back to previous drivers as well , updated Windows, checked antivirus settings, checked Windows privacy settings, worked with Zoom's help desk support, rebooted numerous times and trouble shot via the HP support site and still have the issue.
