  When you click Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts, the following error occurs: Error: "The operation failed because of a registry or installation problem. Hi there I am getting this error message on my outlook Error says "The operation failed because of a registry or installation problem.  


Fixed: The operation failed in Outlook when selecting Manage Rules & Alerts.
